Finally, after 22 long months - Mike has a new job, full time, with benefits ------- only 2000 miles away.
A long way to go and a short time to get there - the FIVE of us (and Lucy) will be on the move.
Should be quite the adventure. I'll be documenting it as we go. I'd welcome any information, hints, etc - we're moving across the country sight unseen, on faith - just like the pioneers did.

Don't know much about SLC. Just drove through it on our CA to Wyoming adventure. My boys were thrilled to eat at Cracker Barrel, their favorite restaurant. It's a beautiful area.

Best of luck with the move! As a kid/teen/young adult - we moved constantly, so it is second nature to me. But, alas, I don't really have much advice I can give. You just have to remember that in the end - it will all be okay so don't stress too much. I hope it goes smoothly and the kids do okay. I will be excited to share it with you via your blog!

We moved ten days ago but we only moved 2 miles. ;-)
